About Me
I’m John Chung — a Fijian Chinese/European from New Zealand, based in Naarm (Melbourne). I'm a founder, operations executive, and GAICD-credentialed director who has scaled companies from a garage through to acquisition. I've formally identified and escalated solvency risk years before it became critical, and was proven right. I've sat on boards through crisis management, and built operations that hold up under pressure. I specialise in governance and operations for SMEs and scale-ups.
